Summer Futbol (BASED ON RISING GRADE)

Looking for a dynamic and fun soccer experience for your child this summer? Look no further than MLSA Pick-Up Games, a unique format loosely based on outdoor Futsal that emphasizes free play and skill development in a supervised environment.

What to Expect:

  • Free Play Atmosphere: Our pick-up games provide a platform for players to engage in free play, allowing them to experiment, make mistakes, and develop their skills organically.

  • Facilitated Sessions: Led by MLSA and high school soccer players/coaches, each session is supervised to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • Tournament Festival Format: Dive into the excitement with short 5v5 games and a tournament festival format each night. Players will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and compete in a fun and supportive setting.

  • Weekly Rotation: With two sessions per week, team rosters are reset weekly, giving everyone the chance to play together and form new connections on the field.

  • Eligibility: Boys and Girls in Grades 1 through 8 (Rising)

  • Cost: $85.00 Per Player for 8 Sessions

What It's All About:

"A key component in soccer growth, skill acquisition, and passion for the sport involves the opportunity to make mistakes and experiment through free play, no matter what your current level. Whether your child plays Rec soccer, in-house, travel, Cup, or ODP, this format can contribute to their game. American youth does not play enough pick-up soccer."

When & Where:

  • Week 1: July 2nd & 3rd at Jefferson Middle School
  • Week 2: July 9th & 10th at Jefferson Middle School
  • Week 3: July 16th & 17th at Jefferson Middle School
  • Week 4: July 23rd & 24th at Jefferson Middle School

Time: 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm (Subject to change based on registration results)
